UTSS Return Policy
|

UTSS will provide a refund (less actual shipping charges) or exchange within 30
days from the date of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with a product. The item must be:
- Returned in its original packaging, with all instructions and accessories, and in "like new" condition to
receive a refund or exchange.
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returns if this criteria is not met.
It is not necessary to call UTSS for a Return Authorization Number as long as
"proof of purchase" (copy of invoice) is included with a returned item.
If an ordered item is cancelled while in shipment or is refused acceptance on delivery, we will refund the item's
cost LESS shipping charges upon return of the item to UTSS.
EXCLUSIONS to this policy include physical damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse unless otherwise stated.
* There is a NO RETURN policy on cell phones and game consoles. We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 7 days from the date of the delivery. This type of return may come back only for exchange without exception.
** There is a NO REFUND policy on the "Speak N Read" communication system. There is a 7-day return policy on this device with a 20% re-stocking fee (only if unopened). If defective within 30 days, it will be exchanged for a new one.
